Ginger Rogers' Birthday Celebration July 16th on TCM

       Well, at least TCM is showing a few of Ginger's films on her birthday even if they are in the early hours of the morning.   Maybe one day TCM will actually do a full day tribute in the honor of Ginger's birthday.
