Nice pic of Virginia Gibson, She's not well known but had 15 min of fame on

the situation comedy "So This Is Hollywood" with Gordon Jones, Mitzy Green,

and Jimmy Lydon. Spotted her in some commercials recently, still looking good.

Hey Joe!  Remember this pic and I couldn't identify this gorgeous Ziegfeld beauty?  Well, I was looking at Paco Malo's photos and he has it - with the name of Alice Wilke!

Joe, I do love my shirt too. Thanks. I go by Jody by the way. I too like HIS KIND OF WOMAN. I can't remember who said his was the only chest bigger than hers. Jane and Mitch were friends until his death. She was with his wife when his ashes were scattered in the pacific.

Hi Joe,
I don't know whether the Mitchums and the Wayne families were very close. I think they were "friendly" rather than friends. I know Mitch made some disparaging remarks about Wayne;probably in jest as he liked to get a laugh. Jody

Man’s Castle 1933

Embarrassed to say but I just watched Frank Borzage’s Man’s Castle for the first time this week. Wow, what a movie! Spencer Tracy and Loretta Young are both excellent but the way the movie plows headlong into the plight of desperate people during the despression is remarkable. There are some obvious hard cuts in the movie […]
