There is not one classic movie that I don't like ...
My Favorite Classic musical is The King & I ,but there are many more....
Who are your favorite stars?
Fred Astaire,Tony Curtis,Gene Kelly, Bob Hope, Danny Kaye, Charlie Chaplin,Rudolph Valentino, Greta Garbo. Mae West, Lana Turner, Boris Karloff, John Carradine, Vincent Price need I go on ...... because I could...Lol !

I grew up watching these classics ,Saturday afternoon on the Black & white TV . It's sad alot of these movies or series aren't shown anymore. Wow, those were the days when men were men and women were women...... The good guys wore white and the bad guys black .What a hoot!!! ;)

Hi! I just read your comment concerning George Peppard in THE BLUE MAX--that was a a favorite of mine going way back, and I relatively-recently acquired the DVD. If you can possibly find it in your heart to forgive an admonition from a well-meaning fellow fan with an unused B.A. in History-- Peppard's character was not a 'Nazi'--there were no 'Nazis' in World War One--he was a German, yes, and even an "Enemy," if you will, but not a Nazi. I'm not being critical, mind you, but I have found over the years that all too many people confuse the Germans of The Great War with the odious National Socialists who came after them, and I find that unfortunate.
