I've seen this animated panel about pre-code Hollywood on many Tumblr pages, but I can't find the original. The panel is quite creative and eye catching. It's very popular and gets reblogged a lot. But I'd like to see the original web site that it came from. I think the panel's popularity is getting people's attention for pre-code Hollywood.
Hi Jim, I just had a quick look and it looks like a very dramatic
Ann Dvorak in "Three on a Match" (1932). If you like pre-coders
I think this film is the ultimate. That is the ending so I won't
let any spoilers out but apart from Ann, Joan Blondell, Bette
Davis, Warren William, Lyle Talbot and even a very young
Humphrey Bogart playing a low down meanie are in it.
